English. In this article we are presenting the most important results of an investigation around the current context of the Caribbean of Nicaragua. This analysis was structured in three parts: the regional economy, which includes the description and analysis of structure and systems of production; analysis of the political systems formal and Informal; and the distribution of the riches in the framework (setting) of a regional autonomy. The principal objective of this writing is to understand the economic structures, processes and mechanism fer the creation of riches in a particular geographic and political context, and how, and through what means of political system these riches are shared or not.

Este análisis fue estructurado en tres secciones: la economía regional, que Incluye la descripción y análisis de estructuras y sistemas de producción: análisis de los sistemas políticos formal e informal; y la distribución de la riqueza en el marco de la autonomía regional. El objetivo principal de este escrito es entender las estructuras económicas, procesos y mecanismos para la creación de riquezas en un contexto geográfico y político particular, y cómo, y a través de qué tipo de sistema político, esta riqueza es compartida o no.
