Aprovechamiento eficiente de los lodos residuales de la planta de tratamiento de agua potable EMAPA San Martin – Lamas mediante la técnica del lombricompostaje

La presente investigación aprovechamiento eficiente de lodos residuales de la planta de tratamiento de agua EMAPA – San Martín, mediante la técnica de lombricompostaje; surge como iniciativa para dar un adecuado uso de residuos del tipo lodos, generados por el proceso de potabilización de agua; con ese propósito nos preguntamos ¿en qué medida se puede aprovechar eficientemente los lodos residuales generados en la planta de tratamiento de agua potable EMAPA San Martin - Lamas, mediante la técnica del lombricompostaje?, y definimos nuestros objetivos que consistieron en determinar las riqueza nutricional de lodos residuales generados en esta planta; producir humus óptimo mediante la técnica del lombricompostaje y analizar económicamente el proceso de producción. Los resultados del contenido nutricional registraron promedios de 0.62 % de Nitrógeno (N); 0,24 % de Fósforo (P); 0,27 % de Potasio (K); 0,42 % de Calcio (Ca); 0,2 % de Magnesio (Mg) y 29.403 de M.O. Al producir humus encontramos que la mezcla de lodos más estiércol más forraje presentó 14.3 kilos /tratamiento (T4), siendo superior a los demás, seguido de la mezcla de lodos más estiércol de vacuno (T2). Y la mejor producción de lombriz fue con el tratamiento dos (T2) alcanzando 730 unidades en 120 días, seguido del tratamiento cuatro (T4) con 696 unidades en el mismo tiempo. En cuanto al análisis económico se determinó el precio de venta por saco de 50 kilos, en 3.82 soles considerando un margen de utilidad del 50%, y al precio unitario de S/ 4.00 soles por cada saco.

The present investigation efficient use of waste sludge from the water treatment plant EMAPA - San Martin, by means of the vermicomposting technique; arises as an initiative to give an adequate use of waste of the type sludge, generated by the process of water potabilization; with that purpose we asked ourselves to what extent it is possible to take advantage efficiently of the waste sludge generated in the drinking water treatment plant EMAPA San Martin - Lamas, by means of the vermicomposting technique, and we defined our objectives which were to determine the nutritional richness of the waste sludge generated in this plant; to produce optimal humus by means of the vermicomposting technique and to analyse the production process economically. The results of the nutritional content registered averages of 0.62 % of Nitrogen (N); 0.24 % of Phosphorus (P); 0.27 % of Potassium (K); 0.42 % of Calcium (Ca); 0.2 % of Magnesium (Mg) and 29.403 of M.O. When producing humus we found that the mixture of sludge plus manure plus fodder presented 14.3 kg/treatment (T4), being superior to the others, followed by the mixture of sludge plus cattle manure (T2). And the best worm production was with treatment two (T2) reaching 730 units in 120 days, followed by treatment four (T4) with 696 units in the same time. As for the economic analysis, the selling price per 50 kg bag was determined at 3.82 soles, considering a profit margin of 50%, and a unit price of S/. 4.00 soles per bag.
