Pérdidas físicas en el sistema de agua potable y su influencia económica en la operación y mantenimiento de la ciudad de Soritor, 2017

El trabajo de investigación realizado, durante los meses de monitoreo constante (febrero a julio), se logró obtener cifras importantes para fortalecer el crecimiento de la unidad de gestión para la prestación de servicios en agua y saneamiento (UGSS) – Soritor. De los resultados obtenidos en los meses de febrero 40,34%, marzo 37,90%, abril 43,06%, mayo 39,19%, junio 40,80 %, julio 38,84% de agua no facturada por factores físicos en tuberías (agrietamiento longitudinal, agrietamiento transversal, aplastamiento, empalme de tubería y falla en válvula; siendo este el empalme de tubería con 56% el más elevado). Donde se puede apreciar los meses de abril y junio, sobrepasando el promedio de pérdidas físicas a nivel del país el cual es del 40% y el mes de julio sobrepaso a nivel de Latinoamérica la cual es del 45 %. Las pérdidas físicas generan una pérdida económica de S/. 200 411.619 a precio de facturación según la tarifa de la Unidad de gestión para la prestación de servicios en agua y saneamiento – Soritor, la cual sería necesaria para la adquisición de equipos, contratación de personal, etc.

The following research work carried out during the months of constant monitoring (February to July), was able to obtain important figures to strengthen the growth of the management unit for the provision of services in water and sanitation (UGSS) - Soritor. Of the results obtained in the months of February 40.34%, March 37.90%, April 43.06%, May 39.19%, June 40.80%, July 38.84% of water not billed by physical factors in pipes (longitudinal cracking, transverse cracking, crushing, pipe joint and valve failure, this being the pipe connection with 56% the highest). Where you can see the months of April and June, surpassing the average of physical losses at the level of the country which is of 40% and the month of July exceeded at the level of Latin America which is 45%. The physical losses generate an economic loss of S /. 200 411,619 at the invoice price according to the rate of the Management Unit for the provision of services in water and sanitation - Soritor, which would be necessary for the acquisition of equipment, hiring of personnel, etc.
