English. The studies were conducted to determine the breadth of the antagonistic action spectrum in promising bacterial strains from the Bioresource Collection of the Federal Scientific Centre for Biological Plant Protection to clarify their economically valuable properties. In laboratory conditions, 9 strains of the genera Bacillus, Pseudomonas, and Rhodobacteriaceae were tested for antifungal activity against pathogens of fruit, berry, vegetable, and grain crops. There were identified several groups of strains that were the most effective against the following pathogens: against R. solani F-11 – BZR 187, BZR 854, BZR 519 and BZR 517, which reduced the growth of the pathogen by 52.4-57.1%; against P. cactorum F-58 – BZR 517, BZR 854 and BZR 519, which inhibited the growth of the pathogen mycelium by 79.1-82.2%; against F. oxysporum F-6 – BZR 187, BZR 245 F, BZR 519 and BZR 86, which reduced the mycelial growth by 50.5-61.4%; against P. nodorum F-13 – BZR 277, BZR 519, BZR 245 F, BZR 517, inhibiting the mycelial growth by 32.9-45.1%; against V. alboatrum F-60 – BZR 523-2, BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 519, BZR 517, which reduced mycelial growth by 56.2-62.0%; against C. herbarum F-37 – BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 854, BZR 517, inhibiting the mycelial growth by 53.5-63.2%; against A. alternata F-12 – BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 277, BZR 854, BZR 519, BZR 517, which reduced the mycelial growth by 66.1-72.1%; against S. sclerotiorum F-59 – BZR 187, BZR 277, BZR 517, BZR 854 and BZR 519 with antagonistic activity of 54.8-76.7%; against C. beticola F-29 – BZR 86, BZR 854 and BZR 519, which inhibited the growth of pathogenic mycelium by 50.0-54.3%. Strains BZR 854, BZR 519, BZR 517, BZR 277 have the widest spectrum of antifungal action. They will be of a priority when choosing bioagents as an active ingredient of a biological preparation.

Исследования проводили с целью определения широты спектра антагонистического действия перспективных штаммов бактерий из Биоресурсной коллекции ФГБНУ "Федеральный научныйо центр биологической защиты растений" для уточнения их хозяйственно-полезных признаков. В лабораторных условиях тестировали 9 штаммов родов Bacillus, Pseudomonas и Rhodobacteriaceae на наличие антифунгальной активности в отношении возбудителей болезней плодовых, ягодных, овощных и зерновых культур. Выделены несколько групп штаммов наиболее эффективных в отношении следующих патогенов: против R. solani F-11 – BZR 187, BZR 854, BZR 519 и BZR 517, которые уменьшают рост патогена на 52,4…57,1%; в отношении P. cactorum F-58 – BZR 517, BZR 854 и BZR 519, ингибирующих рост мицелия патогена на 79,1…82,2%; против F. oxysporum F-6 – BZR 187, BZR 245 F, BZR 519 и BZR 86, которые уменьшают рост мицелия на 50,5…61,4%; против P. nodorum F-13 – BZR 277, BZR 519, BZR 245 F, BZR 517, ингибируюшие рост мицелия на 32,9…45,1%; против V. alboatrum F-60 – BZR 523-2, BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 519, BZR 517, которые уменьшают рост мицелия на 56,2…62,0%; против C. herbarum F-37 – BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 854, BZR 517, ингибирующие рост мицелия на 53,5…63,2%; против A. alternata F-12 – BZR 86, BZR 187, BZR 277, BZR 854, BZR 519, BZR 517, которые уменьшают рост мицелия на 66,1…72,1%; против S. sclerotiorum F-59 – BZR 187, BZR 277, BZR 517, BZR 854 и BZR 519 с антагонистической активностью 54,8…76,7%; против C. beticola F-29 – BZR 86, BZR 854 и BZR 519, которые ингибируют рост патогенного мицелия на 50,0…54,3%. Штаммы BZR 854, BZR 519, BZR 517, BZR 277 обладают максимально широким спектром антифунгального действия. Они будут приоритетными при выборе биоагентов в качестве действующего начала биологического препарата.
