State support of the agricultural sector as a factor in ensuring food security of the Republic of Belarus | Государственная поддержка аграрного сектора как фактор обеспечения продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь

English. The development of the agro-food sector of the Republic of Belarus economy is one of the main priorities of socio-economic policy, guaranteeing the country's food security. State support for the agricultural sector is due to the strategic importance of this industry for the economy, sustainable development and modernization of the agricultural sector are key factors in the macroeconomic strategy of the state aimed at economic growth and improving the welfare of the population. The Republic of Belarus defines its own approaches to agricultural policy, has a certain system of state support reflecting the specifics of the country, taking into account the environmental and geographical features of the territories, economic and social conditions of various regions of the country. State support is an area of agricultural policy and allows us to significantly mitigate the consequences of various economic crises, natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts, and disease outbreaks. The crisis related to overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, increased sanctions pressure on Russia and Belarus, geopolitical tensions in the world; all these factors have proved the need for additional measures of state support for the agricultural sector to ensure food security, as well as the development of new approaches to state support for the agricultural sector. The article discusses the importance of budgetary support for agriculture in increasing agricultural production, increasing product competitiveness, stabilizing the financial condition of agricultural organizations and increasing the export potential of the Republic of Belarus.

Развитие агропродовольственного сектора экономики Республики Беларусь является одним из основных приоритетов социально-экономической политики, гарантирующих продовольственную безопасность страны. Государственная поддержка аграрного сектора обусловлена стратегической важностью этой отрасли для экономики, устойчивое развитие и модернизация аграрного сектора являются ключевыми факторами макроэкономической стратегии государства, направленной на экономический рост и повышение благосостояния населения. Республика Беларусь определяет свои собственные подходы к аграрной политике, имеет определенную систему государственной поддержки, отражающую специфику страны, учитывающую экологические и географические особенности территорий, экономические и социальные условия различных регионов страны. Государственная поддержка является направлением аграрной политики и позволяет существенно смягчить последствия различных экономических кризисов, стихийных бедствий, геополитических конфликтов, вспышек заболеваний. Кризис, связанный с преодолением последствий пандемии, усиление санкционного давления на Россию и Беларусь, геополитическая напряженность в мире – все эти факторы доказали необходимость дополнительных мер государственной поддержки аграрного сектора для обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, а также выработку новых подходов к государственной поддержке аграрного сектора. Рассматривается важность бюджетной поддержки сельского хозяйства в наращивании производства с.-х. продукции, повышении ее конкурентоспособности, стабилизации финансового состояния с.-х. организаций и наращивании экспортного потенциала Республики Беларусь.
