PROCEDEU INOVATIV DE CULTIVARE A LEVURII SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE CNMN-Y-18 PRODUCĂTOARE DE MANOPROTEINE

<p>Lucrarea oferă informaţii noi despre influenţa diferitelor concentraţii de nanoparticule TiO<sub>2</sub> şi ZnO/MgO asupra conţinutului de biomasă şi manoproteine la levuri. S-a constatat că nanoparticulele TiO<sub>2</sub> cu dimensiuni de 30 nm, în concentraţii de 10 şi 15 mg/L, au capacitatea de a stimula biosinteza manoproteinelor în biomasa tulpinii <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae </em>CNMN-Y-18, însuşiri care nu le-au manifestat nanoparticulele ZnO/MgO. Se propune un procedeu nou de cultivare a levurii cu aplicarea nanoparticulelor dioxidului de titan ce asigură un conţinut sporit de manoproteine.</p><p> </p><p><strong>NEW MCTHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF MANNOPROTEIN-PRODUCING <br /> </strong><strong><em>SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE </em></strong><strong>CNMN-Y-18 </strong><strong>YEAST</strong></p><p>The paper provides new information about the influence of different TiO2 and ZnO / MgO nanoparticle concentrations on biomass accumulation and mannoprotein content in yeasts. It has been found that the TiO2 nanoparticles of 30 nm in size and of 10 and 15 mg/L concentrations have the ability to stimulate the biosynthesis of mannoproteins in the biomass of the <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae</em> CNMN-Y-18 strain, features that have not been shown by the ZnO/MgO nanoparticles. We propose a new method of yeast cultivation with titanium dioxide nanoparticles application that provides enhanced content of mannoproteins.</p><p> </p>
