The article considers the issues of formation and resolution of food security of the Republic of Belarus since the acquisition of sovereignty. Ensuring food security is caused by the understanding that food, its quantity and quality will be one of the most important indicators of the economic independence of the State. The article presents data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Industry, confirming the solution to the issue of food supply in the country, an analysis of the current situation is carried out, indicating the possibility of strengthening food security and increasing the economic potential of the Republic of Belarus by regulating state support for the village. / Рассмотрены вопросы становления и решения Продовольственной безопасности Республики Беларусь с момента обретения суверенности. Обеспечение Продовольственной безопасности вызвано пониманием того, что продовольствие, его количество и качество будет являться одним из важнейших показателей экономической самостоятельности Государства. В статье приведены данные МСХиП, подтверждающие решение вопроса с обеспечением продовольствием в стране, проведен анализ сложившейся ситуации, указывающий на возможность усиления Продовольственной безопасности и увеличения экономического потенциала Республики Беларусь за счет регулирования государственной поддержки села.
