The aim was to study the intake of selenium from actual diets among elderly and middle-aged people living in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Using the ASPON-nutrition program, dietary intake of selenium (Se) was studied in the adult non-indigenous population living in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug for more than 10 years. Group I – elderly people (n = 63) 60-74 years old: 28 men and 35 women, Group II – middle-aged people of 45-59 years old (n = 75): 34 men and 41 women. The results obtained were compared with the physiological requirement according to MP 2.3.1.0253-21. A deficiency of Se intake was established in both groups of examined individuals – 48.6-65.5% of еру physiological requirement, but more pronounced among men. / Цель – изучить поступление с фактическими рационами питания селена у лиц пожилого и среднего возраста, проживающих в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе. С использованием программы "АСПОН-питание" изучено поступление с пищей селена (Se) у взрослого некоренного населения, более 10 лет проживающего в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе. I группа - пожилые люди (n = 63) 60-74 лет: 28 мужчин и 35 женщин, II группа - лица среднего возраста 45-59 лет (n = 75): 34 мужчин и 41 женщин. Полученные результаты сравнивали с физиологической потребностью согласно MP 2.3.1.0253-21. Установлен дефицит поступления Se в обеих группах обследованных лиц - 48,6-65,5 % ФП, но более выраженный среди мужчин.
