The architecture of the system for identifying early mastitis in dairy cows based on udder temperature based on the obtained 2D digital thermograms has been developed, which will make it possible to automatically determine the pre-mastitis condition and distribute animals into groups. A technological diagram of an automated control system for a domestic milking machine of the “Carousel” type is proposed, which gives a clear idea of the principle of operation of the technological process for identifying mastitis at the initial stages. An assessment of the impact of machine milking on a biological object – the udder of a dairy cow - was studied using the thermography method. / Разработана архитектура системы алгоритма идентификации раннего мастита дойных коров по температуре вымени на основе полученных 2D цифровых термограмм, что позволит в автоматическом режиме определять предмаститное состояние и распределять животных по группам. Предложена технологическая схема системы автоматизированного управления на отечественной доильной установке типа «Карусель», которая дает наглядное представление о принципе действия технологического процесса, для выявления на начальных стадиях заболевания маститом. Изучена оценка воздействия машинного доения на биологический объект – вымя дойной коровы – методом термографии.
