Адаптация ex vitro растений-регенерантов винограда | The ex vitro adaptation of grapes regenerant plants

The aim and objectives of this research were to develop the technology of adaptation and ex vitro growth of grape microplants; assess the influence of the substrate on the growth and development of regenerated plants; determining the effectiveness of adaptation of the studied grape varieties under ex vitro conditions. The research was carried out at the Biotechnology Center of the Tajik National University. The adaptation of regenerated grape plants of the Gissarskiy ranniy, Miena and Shokhana varieties has been shown to be high, ranging from 66.6 to 100% on all types of substrates studied. Adaptation substrates made it possible to ensure fairly high rates of survival and growth (length and number of roots, stem length and number of leaves) of adaptants at the first stage and 100% survival rate when transplanted to the second stage of adaptation. / Цель и задачи настоящих исследований заключались в отработке технологии адаптации и доращивании ex vitro микрорастений винограда; оценке влияния субстрата на рост и развитие растений-регенерантов; определении эффективности адаптации исследуемых сортов винограда в условиях ex vitro. Исследования проводились в Центре биотехнологии Таджикского национального университета. Показана высокая эффективность адаптации растений-регенерантов винограда сорта Гиссарский ранний, Миёна и Шохана, составляющая от 66,6 до 100% на всех типах исследованных субстратов. Адаптационные субстраты позволили обеспечить достаточно высокие показатели приживаемости, роста (длины и числа корней, длины стебля и числа листьев) адаптантов на первом этапе и 100%-ную приживаемость при пересадке на второй этап адаптации.
