Alternative control of foliar fungal diseases in strawberry crops (Fragaria x ananassa Duch), in the municipality of Pamplona, Norte de Santander | Control alternativo de las enfermedades fúngicas foliares en el cultivo de fresa (Fragaria x ananassa Duch) en el municipio de Pamplona, Norte de Santander

This research aimed to compare agroecological control alternatives of foliar fungal diseases of strawberry cultivation in the El Aliso farm, of the Municipality of Pamplona, Norte de Santander, as specific objectives was to identify foliar fungal diseases in strawberry cultivation in the research area and characterize the biopreparations to subsequently determine the efficacy in the control of foliar fungal diseases of strawberry cultivation. Samples obtained from the strawberry crop were taken and the identification of the causal microorganism of each disease was carried out at laboratories of microbiology and phytopathology of the University of Pamplona with the help of teachers. The biopreparations M4, M6, M30 and Caldo Rhizosfera produced by ASPAGRO were characterized. Finally, an experiment was carried out in strawberry cultivation in the El Aliso farm where a random block design was used with six treatments each with an average of 27 m2, evaluating 20 plants per treatment and always choosing the center of each lot. The treatments were two bioprepared (M4 and Caldo Rhizosfera), a control without treatment, a biological (Trichoderma sp.) and two chemicals (Benomíl and Monopotassium phosphite). The most important foliar diseases of strawberries were identified on El Aliso farm as Ramularia tulasnei, Colletotrichum sp and Botrytis cinerea. The dynamics of the diseases was greatly influenced by pruning work and the harvests carried out. The efficacy of the Caldo Rhizosfera and M4 biopreparations and Trichoderma sp against Botrytis cinerea, Ramularia tulasnei and Colletotrichum sp. in flower with results similar to Monopotassium Phosphite. Benomíl was very effective against Colletotrichum sp. in leaf and fruit. There was no evidence of difference in the Area Under the Disease Progress Curve (ABCPE) of any treatment compared to the control.

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo comparar alternativas de control para las enfermedades fúngicas foliares del cultivo de fresa en la finca El Aliso, del municipio de Pamplona, Norte de Santander, como objetivos específicos fue identificar las enfermedades fúngicas foliares en el cultivo de la fresa en el área de investigación y caracterizar los biopreparados para posteriormente determinar la eficacia en el control de las enfermedades fúngicas foliares del cultivo de la fresa. Se tomaron muestras obtenidas del cultivo de fresa y con la ayuda de laboratorios y docentes de microbiología y fitopatología de la Universidad de Pamplona se realizó la identificación del microorganismo causal de cada enfermedad. Se caracterizaron los biopreparados M4, M6, M30 y Caldo Rizosfera que produce ASPAGRO. Por último, se realizó un experimento en el cultivo de fresa en la finca El Aliso donde se utilizó un diseño de bloques al azar con seis tratamientos cada uno con un promedio de 27 m2, evaluando 20 plantas por tratamiento y siempre escogiendo el centro de cada lote. Los tratamientos fueron biopreparados (M4 y Caldo Rizósfera), un testigo sin tratamiento, un biológico (Trichoderma sp.) y dos químicos (Benomil y Fosfito mono potásico). Se identificaron como las enfermedades foliares más importantes de la fresa en la finca El Aliso a Ramularia tulasnei; Colletotrichum sp; Botrytis cinerea.  La dinámica de las enfermedades estuvo muy influenciada por una labor de poda y las cosechas realizadas. Se comprobó que la eficacia de los bioprepardos CR y M4 y Trichoderma sp contra Botrytis cinerea, Ramularia tulasnei y Colletotrichum sp. en flor con resultados similares a Fosfito monopotásico. Benomil fue muy eficaz contra Colletotrichum sp. en hoja y fruto. No se evidenció diferencia en el Área Bajo la Curva del Progreso de la Enfermedad (ABCPE) de ningún tratamiento respecto al testigo.
