Investigation of an improved workflow for preparing seeds in a vibro-pneumo-liquefied layer | Исследование усовершенствованного рабочего процесса подготовки семян вибропневмоожиженном слое

English. The study of the purification of wheat seeds brought to standard moisture content by drying, cleaning using air-sieve machines and separators was carried out at the university's experimental production complex on an improved pneumatic sorting table to determine its operating modes with recirculation of the intermediate fraction. A prototype of a device separating wheat and wild oat seeds moving along the deck under the influence of air flow vibration has been tested. When feeding the initial seed material to a deck of 1.1 kg/(c*m2), to achieve the degree of efficiency of separating impurities of 97...98% with an output of purified seeds of about 54% and their losses not exceeding 19%, the deck longitudinal inclination angle of 70 degrees should be set, and deck oscillation frequency does not exceed 7.65 Hz. To increase seed yield to 75% with seed losses to waste of less than 6%, the deck inclination angle should not exceed 30 degrees, and its oscillation frequency should be no more than 8.67 Hz. With the second combination of parameters, the degree of separation of impurities is reduced to 73%, and bulk density to 750 g/dm3. This mode of machine operation can be used if wheat seeds are contaminated with wild oats to a lesser extent.

Russian. Исследование очистки семян пшеницы, доведённых до кондиционной влажности посредством сушки, очистки с использованием воздушно-решетных машин и триеров, провели на опытно-производственном комплексе университета на усовершенствованном пневмосортировальном столе с целью определения режимов его работы с рециркуляцией промежуточной фракции. Тестировали прототип машины, разделяющей семена пшеницы и овсюга, движущиеся по деке под действием вибрации воздушного потока. При подаче исходного семенного материала на деку 1,1 кг/(c*м2), для достижения степени эффективности отделения примесей 97…98%, при выходе очищенных семян около 54% и их потерях, не превышающих 19%, следует устанавливать угол продольного наклона деки 70, а частоту её колебаний – не превышающую 7,65 Гц. Для увеличения выхода семян до 75% при потерях семян в отходы менее 6%, угол наклона деки не должен превышать 30, а частота её колебаний - 8,67 Гц. При втором сочетании параметров степень отделения примесей снижается до 73%, а натура – до 750 г/дм3. Этот режим работы машины может быть использован при более низкой засорённости семян пшеницы овсюгом.
