Justification of parameters of the chain harrow working organ | Обоснование параметров рабочего органа цепной бороны

English. As know, working bodies with ripping teeth can't till enough deeply. The scheme of the working tool with the central location of the ripping tooth, which provides better conditions for deepening, is suggested. It is established that during the movement of the chain working organ during the technological process, the rotation axis of the chain plume describes a shortened cycloid. The system of parametric equations describing the trajectory of motion of the plume axis in projections on the plane perpendicular to it is presented. On the basis of the analysis of kinematics of the process of motion of the chain linkage working body the system of parametric equations describing the trajectory of motion of ripper teeth in interrelation with design and mode parameters is also obtained. Modeling of the chain plume movement process allowed to establish that the length of ripping teeth and the angle of plume installation to the movement direction have a significant influence on the movement trajectory. It has been revealed that with increasing the length of ripping teeth, the dimensions of traces (holes) left by them on the soil simultaneously increase, while reducing the intensity of impact of the working bodies, due to the reduction in the number of interactions with the soil per linear meter. When increasing the angle of plume installation to the direction of movement, the overall dimensions of wells increase. It has been established that for qualitative and uniform soil cultivation the toothed working tool should be made of chain with caliber in the range from 34 to 38 mm, at that, the length of ripping teeth should be no more than R=0.15m, and the angle of the chain loop to the direction of movement should be in the range of 40...45 degrees.

Russian. Выявлен недостаток зубоцепных рабочих органов, связанный с недостаточной глубиной обработки почвы. Предложена схема рабочего органа с "центральным" расположением рыхлительного зуба, обеспечивающая лучшие условия для заглубления. Установлено, что во время перемещения зубоцепного рабочего органа в ходе технологического процесса ось вращения цепного шлейфа описывает укороченную циклоиду. Представлена система параметрических уравнений, описывающих траекторию движения оси шлейфа в проекциях на плоскость, перпендикулярную ей. На основе анализа кинематики процесса движения зубоцепного рабочего органа так же получена система параметрических уравнений, описывающих траекторию движения рыхлительных зубьев во взаимосвязи с конструкционными и режимными параметрами. Моделирование процесса движения цепного шлейфа позволило установить, что на траекторию движения значительное влияние оказывают длина рыхлительных зубьев и угол установки шлейфа к направлению движения. Выявлено, что при увеличении длины рыхлительных зубьев одновременно возрастают габариты оставляемых ими на почве следов (лунок) при одновременном уменьшении интенсивности воздействия рабочих органов за счет снижения количества взаимодействий с почвой на погонный метр. Также при увеличении угла установки шлейфа к направлению движения возрастают габаритные размеры лунок. Установлено, что для качественной и равномерной обработки почвы зубоцепной рабочий орган должен быть изготовлен из цепи с калибром dз в диапазоне от 34 до 38 мм, при этом длина рыхлительных зубьев должна быть не более R = 0,15 м, а угол установки цепного шлейфа к направлению движения должен быть в диапазоне 40…45 градусов.
