Blood parameters of cows affected by postpartum catarrhal endometritis before and after the treatment with the drug Oxylatum | Показатели крови коров с послеродовым катаральным эндометритом до и после лечения препаратом Оксилат

English. The research aim was to evaluate the effect of Oxylate drug doses in the treatment of postpartum catarrhal endometritis in cows on hematological parameters of the cows. Experimental studies were conducted at one of farms situated in the Samara region, Russia. The material for the study was 30 Holstein cows diagnosed with catarrhal endometritis on the 3rd -6th day after delivery, which were divided into three groups of 10 heads each, observing the similarity principle. For the treatment of acute postpartum catarrhal endometritis of cows, the drug Oxylate was used, which was injected into the area of sciatico-rectal pits with an interval of 24 hours before recovery. The following Oxylate doses were administered based on 1 kilogram of live weight of cows: to the first experimental group of cows - 0.02 mL, to the second experimental group – 0.03 mL, and to the third experimental group of cows – 0.04 mL. In the animals of the studied groups, blood was taken from the caudal vein using vacuum disposable tubes in the morning hours before feeding. Blood was taken before the start of therapy and after the end of the treatment course. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that Oxylate dose of 0.03 ml per 1 kg of live weight increases the redox reactions in the body of cows and their immunological status, which is confirmed by an increase in the blood content of erythrocytes by 0.60*10Е12/L, hemoglobin by 18.58 g/L, platelets by 80.74*10Е9/L, segmented neutrophils by 10.94% compared with blood values in animals of the first group. There were no significant differences between the blood parameters in cows of the second and third groups which were administered with the drug Oxylate. The obtained results of the morphological composition of the blood can serve as a criterion for the development of an algorithm for the prevention and treatment of postpartum diseases of cows.

Russian. Цель исследований – оценить влияние доз препарата Оксилат при лечении послеродового катарального эндометрита коров на гематологические показатели коров. Экспериментальные исследования проводили в ГУП СО "Купинское" Безенчукского района Самарской области. Материалом для исследования служили коровы голштинской породы с диагнозом катаральный эндометрит на 3-6 день после родов в количестве 30 голов которые были разделены со соблюдением принципа аналогичности на три группы по 10 голов в каждый. Для терапии острого послеродового катарального эндометрита коров использовали препарат Оксилат, который вводили в область седалищно-прямокишечных ямок с интервалом 24 ч до выздоровления. Препарат Оксилат вводили с расчетом на 1 килограмм живой массы коров в дозах 0,02; 0,03; 0,04 мл животным 1, 2 и 3 опытных групп соответственно. У исследуемых животных брали кровь из хвостовой вены с использованием вакуумных одноразовых пробирок в утренние часы до кормления. Кровь брали до начала терапии и после окончания курс лечения. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что доза 0,03 мл препарата Оксилат на 1 кг живой массы повышает окислительно-восстановительные реакции в организме коров их иммунологический статус, что подтверждается увеличением содержания в крови эритроцитов на 0,60*10Е12/л, гемоглобина на 18,58 г/л, тромбоцитов на 80,74*10Е9/л, сегментоядерных нейтрофилов на 10,94% по сравнению с показателями крови у животных первой группы. Между показателями крови коров второй и третей групп при использовании препарата Оксилат достоверных отличий не установлено. Полученные результаты показателей морфологического состава крови могут служить критерием для разработки алгоритма профилактики и лечения послеродовых заболеваний коров.
