Improvement of the sowing qualities and yield properties of hemp in the process of reproduction | Улучшение посевных качеств и урожайных свойств конопли посевной в процессе репродуцирования

The research took place at the Federal Research Center for Bast Fiber Crops – Separate division "Penza Research Institute of Agriculture", on the basis of the laboratory of agricultural technologies in 2021-2023. The research objects were 'Nadezhda' and 'Lyudmila' cannabis varieties bred by the institution indicated above. The research purpose is to improve the sowing and yielding qualities and properties of cannabis varieties, resistant on the basis of monoecy and the content of cannabinoids for reproduction in the links of primary and industrial seed production. It has been established that with a scientifically based organization of seed breeding activities, it is possible to stabilize the sign of monoecy and the level of tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids for the subsequent reproduction of original seeds with high varietal and yield properties. Depending on the reproduction, the biological and actual harvest changes. The average yield in the breeding nursery is 0.57-1.13 t/ha for 'Nadezhda', 0.57-0.87 t/ha for the 'Lyudmila', and 0.61-1.09 t/ha in production crops. Using seeds with a germination rate of 80-85% for sowing, it is possible to obtain a crop that is equal to the crop grown from sowing seeds of higher germination. It was revealed that two-phase (separate) harvesting allows obtaining seed material in full compliance with the requirements of the State Standard (GOST) R 52325-2005. With single-phase harvesting, it is not always possible to achieve the level of sowing qualities regulated by GOST in terms of germination, which leads to the loss of a large amount of the produced volume of original seeds and determines the negative effect in production.

Russian. Представлены результаты исследований, проведенных в ФГБНУ ФНЦ ЛК – ОП "Пензенский НИИСХ", на базе лаборатории агротехнологий в 2021-2023 гг. Объектом исследований являлись сорта конопли посевной селекции ФГБНУ ФНЦ ЛК Надежда и Людмила. Цель исследований – улучшение посевных и урожайных качеств и свойств сортов конопли посевной, устойчивых по признаку однодомности и содержанию каннабиноидов для репродуцирования в звеньях первичного и промышленного семеноводства. Установлено, что при научно обоснованной организации селекционно-семеноводческой деятельности можно стабилизировать признак однодомности и уровень тетрагидроканнабинола и других каннабиноидов для последующего воспроизводства оригинальных семян с высокими сортовыми и урожайными свойствами. В зависимости от репродукции меняется биологический и фактический урожай. Урожайность в питомнике размножения в среднем составляет 0,57-1,13 т/га у сорта Надежда, 0,57-0,87 т/га у сорта Людмила, в производственных посевах - 0,61-1,09 т/га. Используя для посева семена со всхожестью 80-85%, можно получить урожай, который равен урожаю, выращенному от посева семян более высокой всхожести. Выявлено, что двухфазная (раздельная) уборка позволяет получать семенной материал при полном соответствии требованиям ГОСТ Р 52325-2005. При однофазной уборке не всегда удается достичь уровня посевных качеств, регламентируемых ГОСТ по показателю всхожести, что приводит к потере большого количества производимого объема оригинальных семян и определяет отрицательный эффект в производстве.
