Show more [+] Less [-]The aim of this study is to analyse the importance of accessibility (within the inner-city and from the residential suburbs into the inner-city) and attractiveness as two determinants for shopping and leisure time activities in the central city of Christchurch. The context is derived from consideration of divergent exogenous factors associated with selected cities in Germany and from the change of attitudes towards shopping and leisure time activities in modern societies.
