Use of a feed additive based on microorganisms of the Enterococcus genus in combination with zeolite in feeding broiler chickens | Применение кормовой добавки на основе микроорганизмов рода Enterococcus в комплексе с цеолитом в кормлении цыплят-бройлеров

The study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of co-feeding a probiotic feed additive based on Enterococcus microorganisms and grounded synthetic zeolite such as NaX to improve the performance of broiler chickens. The experiment was conducted in 2024 on "Smena-9" cross chickens. From the age of one day, the birds of the experimental group received a daily suspension of E. faecium RCAM05160 culture with a cell concentration of 1*10E9 in 1 mL at the rate of 0.1 mL per 1 kg of live weight and synthetic zeolite such as NaX in the amount of 5% of the feed weight together with the main diet. The experiment lasted 35 days. Throughout the experiment, the greatest increase in live weight was observed in broiler chickens of the experimental group, which exceeded the birds of the control group by 8.87%. The survival rate of chickens in the control and experimental groups was 94.0% and 97.0%, respectively. The average daily gain during the growing period in birds of the experimental group was higher than in chickens that did not receive the feed additive by 5.49 g/day, and the gross gain was 9.06%. Protein digestibility in the body of broilers in the experimental group was higher than in the control group by 2.40%, fat by 0.24%, fibre by 25.69%, and nitrogen-free extractive substances by 0.50%. The live weight of birds before slaughter in the experimental group exceeded the value of the same indicator in the control group by 8.68%, and the slaughter yield of the eviscerated carcass was 3.1%.

Исследования выполняли с целью изучения эффективности совместного скармливания пробиотической кормовой добавки на основе микроорганизмов рода Enterococcus и измельченного синтетического цеолита типа NaX для повышения продуктивности цыплят-бройлеров. Опыт проводили в 2024 г. на цыплятах кросса "Смена-9". Птица подопытной группы с суточного возраста ежедневно получала взвесь культуры E. faecium RCAM05160 с концентрацией клеток 1*10E9 в 1 мл из расчёта 0,1 мл на 1 кг живой массы и синтетический цеолит типа NaX в количестве 5% от массы корма совместно с основным рационом. Продолжительность опыта составляла 35 суток. В течение всего эксперимента наибольший прирост живой массы наблюдали у цыплят-бройлеров опытной группы, которые на 8,87% превосходили птицу контрольной группы. Сохранность цыплят в контрольной и опытной группах составила 94,0% и 97,0% соответственно. Среднесуточный прирост за период выращивания у птиц опытной группы был выше, чем у цыплят, не получавших кормовую добавку, на 5,49 г/сут., валовой – на 9,06%. Переваримость протеина в организме бройлеров опытной группы была выше, чем в контрольной, на 2,40%, жира – на 0,24%, клетчатки – на 25,69%, безазотистых экстрактивных веществ – на 0,50%. Живая масса птиц перед убоем в опытной группе превосходила величину аналогичного показателя в контрольной на 8,68%, убойный выход потрошенной тушки – на 3,1%.
