黄喉拟水龟人工孵化技术的研究

通过设置不同的温度、湿度、孵化介质及黄喉拟水龟受精卵的排列方式,研究黄喉拟水龟受精卵人工孵化所需的条件。结果表明:黄喉拟水龟受精卵的孵化积温为49 896～55 660℃,最适孵化温度为25～30℃,孵化介质的含水量以8%～10%较适宜。用1:1的沙土混合物作为孵化介质孵化率最高。卵的大小及排列方式对卵的孵化率影响不明显。25℃恒温孵化时,雄性稚龟的比例为77.8%,33℃恒温孵化,雌性稚龟的比例为92.9%。
