<正> 各论Ⅲ、鼠形亚目Myomorpha 眶下孔中等大小,脸部咬肌中央肌束由眶下孔穿过,脸上部的咬肌自颧弓向前延伸,直达吻部;齿式:1/1·0/0·0/0·3/3=16,倘若有前臼齿出现,仅存在于幼仔的早期,出生后不久便脱落,并且此牙齿非常小。此亚目与人生活关系密切,对农、林、医、牧及工业均有危害的情况,在总论中已介绍;但它们是毛皮兽的天然饲料,在林区是小形食肉动物的食物。
