虎斑颈槽蛇颈腺的研究

本文报导虎斑颈槽蛇颈腺的大体解剖和组织学，并对颈腺分泌物的毒性进行了试验，结果表明：虎斑颈槽蛇有９１３对颈腺，每个毒腺均有一个开口。毒性试验获得每ｋｇ小白鼠的半数致死量分别为（粗毒）；皮下注射：８２ｍｇ；腹腔注射：１００ｍｇ；静脉注射：２６ｍｇ。根据小白鼠（ＬＤ５０）试验，解剖分析初步认为，该蛇毒含有以血液毒为主的混合毒素。
