This report concerns the political and social field of influence within which the Dutch fishing sector operates and the way in which this influences (or could influence) the transition towards sustainable fishing. It demonstrates how parties both within and outside the sector view the fisheries sector, which obstructive and stimulating factors and actors they distinguish, and the extent of the influence of these parties.
