Show more [+] Less [-][EN] A. nodosum occupies a level between Fucus spiralis and F. vesiculosus and between 1,66 to 2,66 m. above a tide level of 0 m. The number of bladders per plant is never grester than four. The abundance is measured, and expressed in grams of gry matter/m2. When the mean is corrected with a t0,05 coeficient of confidence the values is 2.156 +- 234,28 gr/m2 measured with a 10,82% of error. The zone is very homogeneous, differences in abundance are detected related to situation in the stuary, and to the inclination, orientation and exposition of sustratum are not significatives with confidence t0.005. In some cases the differences in the values are significatives at other levels of confidences (tables VI to IX). The exposition is the only factor that seems important for the variation of biomass of Ascophyllum. Values larger than the signification levels at different tc levels are show in table IX. Some values of production are expresed in table X. [...] Ascophyllun nodosurn var. lusitanica, Fucus spiralis, Fucus vesiculosus, Mytilus, Enteromorpha sp., Ulva sp., Caloplaca marina, Chaetomorpha aerea, Verrucaria, Ulva lactuca, Blidingia minima, Enteromorpha ramulosa, Pelvetia canaliculata, Pylaiella littoralis [...]
