German. In einem standardisierten Laborversuch wurde die Aufnahme von polycyclischen aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen (PAK) durch Zucchini (Cucurbita pepo L.) untersucht. OECD-Kunstboden und Feldboden wurden mit PAK, die in einem verwitterten Gaswerksubstrat enthalten waren, sowie mit HCB und Lindan dotiert. Fluoren, Phenanthren und Pyren wurden in unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen in den oberirdischen Pflanzenteilen nachgewiesen. Die Transferfaktoren von HCB und Lindan spiegeln die unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften der Versuchserden wider.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The uptake of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) by zucchini plants (Cucurbita pepo L.) was investigated with a standardized laboratory test design. Artificial soil (OECD) and field soil were spiked with weathered gas plant soil containing PAH and additionally HCB and lindane were added. Fluorene, phenanthrene und pyrene were found in different concentrations in the aerial plant parts. The transfer factors of HCB and lindane reflects the different properties of the soils.
