Primary screening of collection of fungal antagonist strains against Phoma rot pathogen on winter rapeseed | Первичный скрининг коллекционных грибных штаммов антагонистов к возбудителю фомоза рапса озимого

English. In 2024, to develop a microbiological method to reduce the harmfulness of the most dangerous disease of winter rapeseed – Phoma rot (Leptosphaeria maculans (Desm.) Ces. et de Not, anamorphic stage Phoma lingam (Tode) Desm.) - promising strains-producers of microbiopreparations were searched for in the working collection at V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops. The objects of the research were a Phoma rot pathogen on winter rapeseed Phoma lingam isolated in the central zone of the Krasnodar region; collection' strains of fungal antagonists of pathogens causing diseases on oil crops which were presented by genera Trichoderma, Penicillium, Chaetomium, Sordaria, Metarhizium, Trichothecium, Talaromyces, and Aspergillus, as well as Basidiomycota. The estimation of the antagonistic activity of the strains in vitro to the aggressive isolate of Phoma rot pathogen on winter rapeseed was conducted by a method of double of cross cropping (Egorov, 2004). As a result of the primary screening, 26 promising fungal strains against the Phoma rot pathogen with different types of the antagonistic activity (competition for feeding area, hyperparasitism and antibiosis) were identified. Five strains from a genus Trichoderma (Т-1, Т-2, Т-3, Т-4, and Т-5 Trichoderma sp.) demonstrated the triple type of the antagonistic activity. Five strains from a genus Penicillium (Pv-3 P. verrucosum, Pk-1 P. vermiculatum, Pbc-1 P. brevi-compactum, Pp-1 P. purpurescens, and Pr-1 P. rugulosum), and two strains from a genus Aspergillus (Av-1 A. versicolor and An-1 A. niger) had maximal antibiosis. The maximal hyperparasitic zone was fstated for the strains Xk-2 Chaetomium olivaceum and Хk-3 Chaetomium globosum, Tr-1 Trichothecium roseum and И-3 Basidiomycota, and the maximal competitiveness for growing space – for the strain Tk-1 Trichoderma koningii. Only the competitiveness for growing space was revealed for strains Sm-1 Sordaria macrospora, Pf-1 Penicillium funiculosum. and М-1 Metarhizium sp.

В лаборатории биометода агротехнологического отдела ВНИИМК с целью разработки микробиологического метода снижения вредоносности наиболее опасной болезни рапса озимого – фомоза (Leptosphaeria maculans (Desm.) Ces. et. De Not, анаморфная стадия Phoma lingam (Tode) Desm.) в 2024 г. из рабочей коллекции проводили поиск перспективных штаммов-продуцентов микробиопрепаратов. Объекты исследований - возбудитель фомоза рапса озимого Phoma lingam, выделенный в центральной зоне Краснодарского края; коллекционные штаммы грибных антагонистов возбудителей болезней масличных культур, представленные родами Trichoderma, Penicillium, Chaetomium, Sordaria, Metarhizium, Trichothecium, Talaromyces, Aspergillus, а также классом Basidiomycota. Оценку антагонистической активности штаммов in vitro к агрессивному изоляту возбудителя фомоза рапса озимого проводили методом двойных или встречных культур (Егоров, 2004). В результате первичного скрининга против возбудителя фомоза выделено 26 перспективных грибных штаммов с разными типами антагонистической активности (конкуренция за площадь питания, гиперпаразитизм и антибиоз). При этом пять штаммов из рода Trichoderma (Т-1, Т-2, Т-3, Т-4 и Т-5 Trichoderma sp.) проявили тройной тип механизма антагонистической активности. Максимальный антибиоз установлен у пяти штаммов из рода Penicillium (Pv-3 P. verrucosum, Pk-1 P. vermiculatum, Pbc-1 P. brevi-compactum, Pp-1 P. purpurescens и Pr-1 P. rugulosum), и у двух штаммов рода Aspergillus (Av-1 A. versicolor, An-1 A. niger). Максимальная гиперпаразитическая зона установлена у штаммов Xk-2 Chaetomium olivaceum и Хk-3 Chaetomium globosum, Tr-1 Trichothecium roseum и И-3 Basidiomycota, а максимальная конкуренция за площадь питания – у штамма Tk-1 Trichoderma koningii. Только конкуренция за площадь питания выявлена у штаммов Sm-1 Sordaria macrospora, Pf-1 Penicillium funiculosum и М-1 Metarhizium sp.
