Evaluarea rezistenței la temperaturile scăzute în diferite linii de soia în condiții controlate
2024
Malii, Aliona
The study investigated the resistance of different soybean genotypes to low temperatures in a controlled environment. After 7 days at +6°C, no germinated seeds were observed, but after 21 days, their number increased significantly. Line C15M7200 showed the highest germination rate, followed by B2M8200, while Z21M12200 had the lowest rate. Increasing the temperature to +8°C accelerated germination in all tested soybean genotypes. The conclusions emphasize the importance of identifying soybean genotypes adapted to low temperatures to ensure agricultural production stability.
