The paper presents the results of the research on the influence of technological elements on the yield of potato cultivated in the southern zone under irrigated conditions. The biological material was the varieties Rivera, Labella which during the research provided high yields of more than 70 t/ha (double annual harvest) and Queen Anna of 45,0 t/ha. The nitrate content was below the permissible limit and the profitability of the potato cultivation technology was more than 300%.
