This project subscribes to a systems approach to map the structure and dynamics of Ethiopia's food system, which influence the availability and affordability of protective and healthy foods across the year. The LSAHSDP in Ethiopia study, among other things, has generated evidence about the nuanced impact of food production, a component in the food systems with a profound impact on consumers’ dietary practice.
