The chemical composition and organoleptic indicators of Kakhetian, Imeretain and European wines and wine distillates obtained from them have been investigated. It has been established that both the wine material and the wine distillate produced from the Imeretian type received a higher tasting rating. Tab. 2, Ref. 5.
