Estimating the possibility of using the natural oils to flower thinning of sweet cherry | Ocena możliwości wykorzystania olejów naturalnych do przerzedzania kwiatów czereśni

English. Cherries are becoming a more and more important fruit plant in Poland and the requirements for fruit quality are increasing. This enforces the use of new technologies. One is the thinning of flowers or fruitlets. In the study the spraying with 10, 20 and 30 g × dm-3 corn oil and olive oil was used. The used preparations variously influenced the studied cultivars: ‘Kordia’ and ‘Regina’. The fruit mass from trees ‘Kordia’ sprayed with 20 g × dm-3 of olive oil was much higher than from control. Fruits from cherry ‘Regina’ had a significant smaller mass of fruit and the content of the extract, sugars and anthocyanins after using corn oil at 30 g × dm-3.
Show more [+] Less [-]Polish. Czereśnie stają się coraz ważniejszymi roślinami sadowniczymi w Polsce, przez co wzrastają wymogi jakościowe odnośnie do ich owoców. Wymusza to na producentach stosowanie nowych technologii, jedną z nich jest przerzedzanie kwiatów lub zawiązków czereśni. W doświadczeniu zastosowano olej kukurydziany i oliwę z oliwek w stężeniach 10, 20 i 30 g × dm-3. Badane odmiany: ‘Kordia’ i ‘Regina’ różniły się reakcją jakości owoców na zastosowane preparaty. Czereśnie odmiany ‘Kordia’, których kwiaty przerzedzano oliwą z oliwek w stężeniu 20 g × dm-3, wytworzyły owoce o znacznie większej masie niż kontrolne nieprzerzedzane. Odmiana ‘Regina’ zareagowała wyraźnym zmniejszeniem masy owoców oraz zawartości ekstraktu, cukrów i antocyjanów po użyciu oleju kukurydzianego w stężeniu 30 g × dm-3.
