The influence of the type of fertilizer and the level of nitrogen fertilization on the content of selected nutrients in the grain of two spring wheat Triticum aestivum ssp. vulgare L., varieties, cultivated in the conditions of the Szczecin Lowland | Wpływ rodzaju nawozu i poziomu nawożenia azotem na zawartość wybranych składników odżywczych w ziarnie dwóch odmian pszenicy jarej Triticum aestivum ssp. vulgare L., uprawianej w warunkach Niziny Szczecińskiej

English. The aim of the studies was to evaluate the influence of the type of fertilizer and the level of nitrogen fertilization on the content of selected nutrients in the grain of two spring wheat Triticum aestivum ssp. vulgare L., varieties cultivated under the conditions of the the Szczecin Lowland. The field experiment was conducted in 2012–2014 at the Agricultural Experimental Station Lipnik (53º42'N, 14º97'S), West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. The research material was the grain of spring wheat varieties ‘Bombona’ and ‘Parabola’. The properties assessed in the samples included the content of nutrients and fibre fractions. The tested properties significantly depend primarily on the varieties. ‘Bombona’ varieties contained significantly more dry matter, fiber, BAW and fiber fractions and cultivar ‘Parabola’contained more ash and protein. Seed harvested from plots fertilized with 120 kg N·ha-1 contained the highest content of dry matter ash, and proteins. With the increase of nitrogen fertilization the content of BAW decreased. The type of the applied fertilizers had a significant effect only on the fraction of ADF.

Celem przeprowadzonych badań była ocena wpływu rodzaju nawozu i poziomu nawożenia azotem na zawartość wybranych składników odżywczych w ziarnie dwóch odmian pszenicy jarej Triticum aestivum ssp. vulgare L., uprawianej w warunkach Niziny Szczecińskiej. Doświadczenie polowe przeprowadzono w latach 2012–2014 w Rolniczej Stacji Doświadczalnej w Lipniku (53º42'N, 14º97'S), należącej do Zachodniopomorskiego Uniwersytetu Technologicznego w Szczecinie. Materiał badawczy stanowiło ziarno pszenicy jarej odmiany ‘Bombona’ i ‘Parabola’. W ziarnie oznaczono zawartość podstawowych składników odżywczych oraz frakcje włókna. Badane cechy zależały istotnie przede wszystkim od odmian. Odmiana ‘Bombona’ zawierała istotnie więcej suchej masy, włókna, BAW oraz wszystkich badanych frakcji włókna, a odmiana ‘Parabola’ – popiołu i białka. Ziarno zebrane z poletek nawożonych 120 kg N·ha-1 zawierało najwięcej suchej masy, popiołu i białka. Wraz ze zwiększaniem poziomu nawożenia azotem malała zawartość BAW. Rodzaj zastosowanych nawozów miał istotny wpływ jedynie na zawartość frakcji ADF.
