The effect of soybean cultivation in monoculture and crop rotation on the chemical composition of plant and soil abundance in nutrients | Wpływ uprawy soi w monokulturze i zmianowaniu na skład chemiczny roślin i zasobność gleby w składniki pokarmowe

English. Limited information is available on the effects of soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) cultivation in crop rotation and monoculture on the chemical composition of plant and soil abundance in nutrients. Therefore, the objective of the current research was to assess and compare the quality of soil sites and plant composition in two different agrotechnical systems of soybean cultivation, i.e. in monoculture and crop rotation, which were conducted for 12 years. In order to evaluate the aim of the study we used the soil (sandy loam) and plant samples (Augusta variety of soybean), which underwent chemical analysis for the content of macro and micronutrients. The results showed that soybean cultivated in crop rotation was characterised by higher amounts of most of the analysed nutrients, especially macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, S). At the same time, plants cultivated in a crop rotation system were characterised by a higher uptake of nutrients (N, P, K, S, Ca, Zn, Cu) together with the yield of pods and seeds. Moreover, the soil after soybean cultivation in crop rotation revealed a higher contents of organic carbon, mineral nitrogen as well as available phosphorous and potassium. The type of soybean cultivation did not significantly influence the content of Mn, Zn and Cu in the investigated soil samples.  

Polish. Liczba doniesień literaturowych traktujących o wpływie uprawy soi (Glycine max L. Merrill) w zmianowaniu lub monokulturze na jej skład chemiczny i jakość stanowiska glebowego jest ograniczona. W związku z tym podjęto prace mające na celu określenie i porównanie składu chemicznego soi uprawianej przez 12 lat w monokulturze i zmianowaniu oraz ocenę tak pozostawionych stanowisk glebowych. Badania zostały zrealizowane w oparciu o próbki glebowe (glina piaszczysta) oraz roślinne (soja odmiany Augusta), które podlegały analizie chemicznej w kierunku określenia zawartości makro- i mikroskładników. Na podstawie uzyskanych danych stwierdzono, że soja uprawiana w zmianowaniu charakteryzowała się większą zawartością większości badanych składników, co szczególnie zostało uwidocznione w przypadku makroskładników (N, P, K, Ca, S). Jednocześnie rośliny uprawiane w zmianowaniu odznaczały się większym pobraniem składników (N, P, K, S, Ca, Zn, Cu) wraz z plonem nasion i strąków. Ponadto dla gleby spod soi uprawianej w zmianowaniu określono większe zawartości węgla organicznego, azotu mineralnego oraz fosforu i potasu przyswajalnego dla roślin. Sposób uprawy soi nie wpłynął istotnie na zawartość Mn, Zn i Cu w badanych próbkach glebowych.
