The effect of crop rotation and production technology on the yields of selected winter triticale cultivars | Wpływ zmianowania i technologii produkcji na plonowanie wybranych odmian pszenżyta ozimego

English. In recent years, triticale has been increasingly cultivated in crop rotations with a high percentage of cereals in the sowing structure. One way to counteract the decrease in cereal yields under these conditions is to use a technology that provides plants with optimal growth and development conditions. The study aimed to determine the effect of the integrated and intensive production technology on the yields of three winter triticale cultivars under the different percentages of cereals in the sowing structure. The research was conducted in 2012/2013, 2014/2015, and 2015/2016 in the Experimental Station of IUNG-PIB in Osiny, Poland. The research factors were ‘Cerber’, ‘Alekto’, ‘Fredro’ cultivars, and intensive and integrated production technology. The yields of winter triticale depended mainly on weather conditions during the research period, crop rotation, production technology, and cultivar. Lower cereal percentage in crop rotation resulted in higher yields of triticale. The use of intensive technology produce has contributed to an increase in winter triticale yields compared to the yields obtained after the implementation of integrated technology. Winter triticale cultivar ‘Alekto’ yielded at a higher level under both production technologies than other cultivars. Decreased number of cereals in crop rotation and the application of intensive production technology promoted an increased number of ears per area unit.

Polish. W ostatnich latach pszenżyto coraz częściej uprawiane jest w płodozmianach o dużym udziale zbóż w strukturze zasiewów. Jednym ze sposobów przeciwdziałania w tych warunkach spadkowi wydajności zbóż jest stosowanie technologii zapewniającej roślinom optymalne warunki wzrostu i rozwoju. Celem badań było określenie wpływu integrowanej i intensywnej technologii produkcji na poziom plonowania trzech odmian pszenżyta ozimego w warunkach różnego udziału zbóż w strukturze zasiewów. Badania przeprowadzono w latach 2012/2013, 2014/2015 i 2015/2016 w SD IUNG-PIB w Osinach. Czynnikami badań były odmiany ‘Cerber’, ‘Alekto’ i ‘Fredro’ oraz intensywna i integrowana technologia produkcji. Plonowanie pszenżyta ozimego zależało głównie od przebiegu warunków pogodowych w okresie prowadzenia badań, zmianowania, technologii produkcji oraz odmiany. Mniejsze wysycenie zbożami w zmianowaniu sprzyjało wyższemu plonowaniu pszenżyta. Zastosowanie intensywnej technologii produkcji pszenżyta ozimego przyczyniło się do wzrostu plonu pszenżyta ozimego w porównaniu z plonem uzyskanym po wdrożeniu technologii integrowanej. Odmiana pszenżyta ozimego ‘Alekto’ plonowała na wyższym poziomie w obydwu technologiach produkcji w porównaniu z pozostałymi odmianami. Zmniejszenie wysycenia zmianowania zbożami oraz zastosowanie intensywnej technologii produkcji sprzyjało zwiększeniu obsady kłosów na jednostce powierzchni.
