Annotated checklist of thrips (Tysanoptera) of Armenia

The faunistic list of Tysanoptera is presented based on literature data and the author’s research in ten of the eleven regions of Armenia during 2022–2024. In total, 25 species of thrips species are known from Armenia, with seven species recorded in the country for the first time: Aeolothrips fasciatus (Linnaeus, 1758), Odontothrips karnyi Priesner, 1924, Trips atratus Haliday, 1836, T. minutissimus Linnaeus, 1758, T. pillichi Priesner, 1924, T. trehernei Priesner, 1927, T. vulgatissimus Haliday, 1836. New host plants have been identifed for four species.
