STUDY OF THE POLYPHENOLIC COMPOSITION OF LEAVES OF THE SEMENOV MAPLE ACER SEMENOVII | ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ПОЛИФЕНОЛЬНОГО СОСТАВА ЛИСТЬЕВ КЛЕНА СЕМЕНОВА ACER SEMENOVII

English. For the first time, the chemical composition (polyphenols) of the leaves of the Semenov Maple plant - Acer semenovii - family Aceraceae Juss., growing in the mountainous regions of the Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has been studied. A study was carried out to study the yield of the amount of polyphenols using an optimized method of extraction from plant raw materials, depending on the composition of the extractant, the extraction module, the multiplicity of extraction, the ratio of raw materials: extractant, temperature, thickening conditions, treatment of the aqueous residue with organic solvents, the conditions for the precipitation of the amount of polyphenols and their drying. As a result, optimal conditions for the isolation of polyphenols from plant materials were selected and, under the selected conditions, the amount of polyphenols from the leaves of Maple Semenov was obtained with a yield of 8.9%. During a chromatographic study of the isolated fractions, it was found that the polyphenols of the ethyl acetate fraction are represented mainly by monomeric catechins, flavonols and tannins. Using physicochemical methods: paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography, the structures of the isolated compounds were established. As a result, more than 14 polyphenols were isolated from the leaves of Maple Semenov, such as quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, rutin, kaempferol, quercetin, (+)-catechin, (-)-epicatechin, gallic acid, (-)- epigallocatechin gallate, 1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose, procyanidin, ellagic acid, apigenin-6-C-glucoside, 1,6-bis-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose, isoquercetin.

Russian. Впервые изучен химический состав (полифенолы) листьев растения клена Семенова – Acer semenovii – семейства Aceraceae Juss., произрастающего в горных районах Ташкентской области Республики Узбекистан. Проведено изучение выхода суммы полифенолов оптимизированным методом экстракции из растительного сырья в зависимости от состава экстрагента, модуля экстракции, кратности экстракции, соотношения сырья: экстрагента, температуры, условий сгущения, обработки водного остатка органическими растворителями, условия осаждения суммы полифенолов и их высушивания. В результате подобраны оптимальные условия выделения полифенолов из растительного сырья и при подобранных условиях получена сумма полифенолов из листьев клена Семенова с выходом 8.9%. При хроматографическом изучении выделенных фракций было установлено, что полифенолы этилацетатной фракции представлены в основном мономерными катехинами, флавонолами и танинами. С помощью физико-химических методов – бумажной хроматографии, тонкослойной хроматографии, ультрафиолетовой спектроскопии, инфракрасной спектроскопии и высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии установлены структуры выделенных соединений. В результате из листьев клена Семенова выделено более 14 полифенолов, таких как кверцетин-3-О-β-D-глюкопиранозид, рутин, кемпферол, кверцетин, (+)-катехин, (-)-эпикатехин, галловая кислота, (-)-эпигаллокатехингаллат, 1-О-галлоил-β-D-глюкоза, процианидин, эллаговая кислота, апигенин-6-С-глюкозид, 1,6-бис-О-галлоил-β-D-глюкоза, изокверцетин.
