Preliminary work has also started (collection of documents., desk studies analysis of national development plans) on the implementation of the west African,Food Availability study, which will include a field mission to Benin the Gambia, the Ivory Coast, Liberia, and Toro (luring the period September- December 1977 in consultation with OAU and the African Interministerial Committee on Food.
