This work consists of the analysis of the composition of red wines, obtained in the Microvinification Laboratory of the Department of Oenology of the Technical University of Moldova. For this purpose, several wines obtained from local grape varieties Feteasca Neagră and Rara Neagră from different geographical regions of the Republic of Moldova were examined. In the wines, the physicochemical characteristics throughout the technological cycle and the characteristics of the specific indices of dry red wines were studied. Analyzing the physicochemical indices, it was concluded that wine from the same variety, but produced in different areas, is obtained with similar indices, since the area has a greater influence on the organoleptic indices. Since these two varieties are similar, the results obtained are also close.
