Field resistance of common beans to a complex of pathogens under the influence of biopriming in the Moscow region | Полевая устойчивость фасоли к комплексу патогенов под влиянием биопраймирования в Московской области

English. Common beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) are one of the most important legumes in the world. The main factor preventing the cultivation of beans in the Moscow region is the lack of varieties adapted for cultivation here. However, the widespread spread of bean crop is hindered by various diseases and abiotic stressors, which significantly, up to 40% or more, reduce plant performance and product quality. Bean plants are affected by fungal, bacterial and viral diseases. Of the fungal diseases, anthracnose, fusarium, white and gray rot, powdery mildew are the most harmful. The research purpose is to study the biopriming effect on the bean plant field resistance to a complex of pathogens in the conditions of the Central part of the floodplain of the Moskva – Bykovsky River extension,. The experiments took place in 2022-2024. As a result of studying the effect of various biopriming options on the field resistance of beans to a complex of pathogens Rhizobium leguminosarum and Arctic Nitrogen + Arctic Phosphorus were determined as optimal seed presowing treatment agents. Development of a complex of pathogens was restricted due their application. The average lesion score over three years of follow-up is on average 1.2 against 4.0 maximum. It characterizes the crop as a poorly susceptible. The use of biopriming has improved the overall yield relative to the control plot. The maximum yield indicators were noted due to the use of Rhizobium leguminosarum in all study years, in 2022 the increase relative to the control was 30.6%, in 2023–28.8%, and in 2024–40.5%. The use of Arcsoil Nitrogen + Arcsoil Phosphorus allowed to increase yields by 19.5%. In 2022 and 2023, biopriming with Azotovite +Phosphatovite and Arksoil Nitrogen + Arksoil Phosphorus preparations provided an increase in yield of 12 and 13%, respectively. In 2024, the use of Azotovite + Phosphatovite provided a yield of 2.69 kg/m2, which is 17.4% higher than the control, and the use of Arksoil Nitrogen + Arksoil Phosphorus increased yields by 19.5%.

Russian. Фасоль обыкновенная (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) – одна из самых важных зерновых бобовых культур в мире. Основной фактор, препятствующий выращиванию фасоли в условиях Московской области  – отсутствие сортов, приспособленных для выращивания. Широкому распространению культуры фасоли препятствуют различные болезни и абиотические стрессоры, которые существенно (до 40% и более) снижают продуктивность растений и качество их продукции. Фасоль поражается грибными, бактериальными и вирусными болезнями. Из грибных болезней наиболее вредоносны антракноз, фузариоз, белая и серая гнили, мучнистая роса. Цель исследований - изучение влияния биопраймирования на полевую устойчивость фасоли к комплексу патогенов в условиях Центральной части поймы реки Москва – Быковского расширения. Опыты проводили в 2022-2024 гг. В результате исследования определены оптимальные средства предпосевной обработки семян: Rhizobium leguminosarum и Арксой Азот + Арксойл Фосфор. В этих вариантах опыта достигнуто сдерживание развития комплекса патогенов. Средний балл поражения за три года наблюдения составляет в среднем 1,2 из 4 возможных, что характеризует посев как слабовосприимчивый. Применение биопраймирования позволило улучшить общую урожайность относительно контроля. Максимальные показатели урожайности были отмечены при применении Rhizobium leguminosarum во все годы исследования, в 2022 г. прибавка относительно контроля составила 30,6%, в 2023 г. – 28,8%, а в 2024 г. – 40,5%. Применение Арксойл Азот + Арксойл Фосфор позволило увеличить урожайность на 19,5%. В 2022 и 2023 гг. биопраймирование препаратами Азотовит+Фосфатовит и Арксойл Азот + Арксойл Фосфор обеспечило прибавку урожайности 12 и 13% соответственно. В 2024 г. применение Азотовит+Фосфатовит обеспечило урожайность 2,69 кг/м2, что выше контроля на 17,4%, а применение Арксойл Азот + Арксойл Фосфор позволило увеличить урожайность на 19,5%.
