The Wine Growing in San Juan: The case of the lower middle class producers, the subsumption and the reproduction of the capital | Vitivinicultura sanjuanina: El caso de los pequeños productores, la subsunción y la reproducción del capital

The cardinal point of this article is examine the subsumption relationship where we find the wine- growing productive circle partners analyzing the relationship capital- capital in the wine- growing productive circle and the territorial approach.We describe and analyze these economical and social partners taking as the focal point the accumulation process in the productive circle in San Juan and the economical partners which are subsumed to it, the lower middle class traditional producers. In this context this presentation aspires to give a new point of view of the subsumption in the relation capital- capital.In this context, this paper aims to provide a new perspective of subsumption, in the capital-to-capital relation, and conclude that the small non-integrated producers are not only dispossessed, but also exploited.

Este artí­culo tiene como objetivo principal examinar la relación de subsunción en la que se encuentran los agentes del Circuito Productivo Vitiviní­cola (CPV) en San Juan, analizando la relación capital-capital, en el circuito productivo vitiviní­cola, en el marco del enfoque de territorio.Se describen y analizan dichos agentes, enfocando particularmente en el núcleo de acumulación del CPV sanjuanino, y los agentes que se encuentran subsumidos a ellos, los pequeños viñateros tradicionales.En este marco, el presente trabajo aspira a aportar una nueva mirada de la subsunción, en la relación capital-capital, y se concluye que los pequeños agentes no integrados no sólo son expoliados, sino también explotados.
