The article presents the results of a study of the quality indicators of grain of spring durum wheat varieties in comparison with the standard of spring soft wheat in the conditions of the northwestern part of the Central Black Earth Region in 2020-2024. The studied varieties Triada end Feja meet the requirements for grain on the world market. High grain quality indicators and relatively stable yields in all years of the study were shown by varieties of hard spring wheat.
