Yields and field management data from 13 organic farms in Germany

The datafile contains yields and field management data of 526 arable fields from 13 organic farms in Germany in different soil climate regions between 2008 and 2017. The data were collected in farms that have been managed organically for more than 10 years. The farms were located in the German federal states Bavaria, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein. The data are based on field and farm records of the farmers and were verified by plausibilitiy checks, e.g., via nutrient and mass balances. This dataset is part of the database compiled as an outcome of Work Area 1 in project OrganicYieldsUP. Variable definitions can be found here: https://zenodo.org/records/15276083
