Влияние регуляторов роста на механический состав грозди винограда сорта Золотой Дон в зависимости от гидротермических условий вегетационного периода | Influence of growth regulators on mechanical composition of grape bunch of the variety Zolotoy Don depending on the hydrothermal conditions of growing season

The influence of double treatment of table grape plants (Zolotoy Don variety) with the growth regulators Gibberellin, Zircon and Epin-extra on bunch mass was studied in a field experiment. The following indicators were also investigated: the ratio of the mass of berries and grape stem to the total mass of the bunch, the number of berries and the average mass of berries, the number and mass of seeds in a berry depending on the hydrothermal conditions of the growing season. According to the hydrothermal coefficient values for the phases of grape development the conditions of 2019 were more favorable compared to 2020 due to the greater amount of precipitation during the growing season. It was found that the effectiveness of growth regulators is largely determined by the temperature and humidity conditions of the year. It was noted that plant growth regulators exert the greatest influence on the bunch weight under drier conditions. The number of berries in a bunch, the average weight of one berry depends both on the conditions of the year and on the growth regulator. In the more humid year 34.3% more berries were formed in the control bunches than in a drier year. Growth regulators made it possible to reduce the negative influence of drought on the fruit set in grapevines. The smallest value of the berry indicator was noted when treating with Gibberellin in more humid conditions, and when treating with Epin-extra in more arid conditions.

В полевых опытах изучено влияние двукратной обработки растений винограда столового направления сорта Золотой Дон регуляторами роста Гиббереллин, Циркон и Эпин-экстра на массу грозди. Также было изучено соотношение массы ягод и массы гребня к общей массе грозди, количество ягод и средняя масса ягоды, количество и масса семян в ягоде в зависимости от гидротермических условий вегетационного периода. Согласно значениям ГТК по фазам развития винограда условия 2019 года были более благоприятными в сравнении с 2020 годом, благодаря большему количеству осадков за вегетационный период. Установлено, что эффективность регуляторов роста в значительной степени определяется температурно-влажностным режимом года. Отмечено, что на массу грозди наибольшее влияние регуляторы роста оказывают в более засушливых условиях. Количество ягод в грозди, средняя масса 1 ягоды зависят как от условий года, так и от регулятора роста. В более увлажненном году в контрольных гроздях сформировалось на 34,3 % больше ягод, чем в более засушливом году. Регуляторы роста позволили уменьшить негативное влияние засухи на завязываемость ягод винограда. Наименьшее значение ягодного показателя отмечено при обработке Гиббереллином в более увлажненных условиях, Эпином-экстра – в более засушливых.
