Russian. Диагноз на клинические формы эндометрита можно легко поставить методом осмотра, без трансректального исследования матки коров. Для диагностики хронического эндометрита достаточно осмотра животного и трансректального исследования, нет необходимости использовать УЗИ. При субклинической форме эндометрита нет признаков течения заболевания, сходных с острыми формами клинического и хронического эндометрита. Поэтому дифференциальная диагностика данных форм эндометрита не совсем корректна. Эхогенные свойства у коров с субклиническим эндометритом очень близки к аналогичным показателям животных в стадии возбуждения полового цикла при феноменах течки и половой охоты.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The diagnosis of clinical forms of endometritis can be easily made only by examination, without even starting a transrectal examination of the uterus of cows. For the diagnosis of chronic endometritis, an examination of the animal and a tracrectal examination are sufficient. Whereas in the subclinical form of endometritis, there are no similar signs of the course of the disease compared with acute clinical and chronic endometritis. Therefore, the differential diagnosis of these forms of endometritis is not entirely correct. The echogenic properties of cows with subclinical endometritis are very close to those of animals at the stage of sexual cycle arousal in the phenomenom of estrus and sexual selection.
