Injuries in agriculture: condition, motivators, sources, causes and remedies | Травматизм в АПК: состояние, побудители, источники, причины и пути их устранения

The paper notes the importance of the agro-industrial complex and its agricultural production in the successful resolution of food security issues within Russia and partly in export supplies. Attention is drawn to the fact that agricultural production has been annually accompanied by occupational injuries with the loss of health and life. It was revealed that counteraction at every stage of life was carried out insufficiently in all areas of prevention, including scientific, personnel and practical solutions. An analysis of the problem confirmed an improvement in the area under consideration, but not at the required level, which is confirmed by the annual presence of injuries not only in the structures of the agro-industrial complex, but in all structures of the OKVED of Russia without exception. In some of them, the injury rate decreases annually, in others it stabilizes at times, in others it increases for various reasons compared to the previous year. Their consequences are summarized in the paper. As a counteraction to this, a theoretical analysis of the situation is proposed and, on this basis, a number of innovative methods and means of prevention that exclude the possibility of potential hazards in the structures of the agro-industrial complex and the OKVED of Russia in injuries and circumstances contributing to occupation-related diseases of workers.

Russian. В статье отмечается значимость отрасли АПК и ее сельскохозяйственного производства в успешном решении вопросов продовольственной безопасности внутри России и частично в поставках на экспорт. Обращается внимание на то, что сельскохозяйственному производству ежегодно сопутствует производственный травматизм с потерей здоровья и жизни. Установлено, что противодействие на каждом этапе жизнедеятельности осуществлялось в недостаточной мере по всем направлениям профилактики, включая научные, кадровые и практические решения. Анализ проблемы подтвердил улучшение ситуации в рассматриваемой области, но не в полной мере, что подтверждается ежегодным наличием травматизма не только в структурах АПК, но и во всех без исключения структурах ОКВЭД России. В ряде их уровень травматизма ежегодно снижается, в других периодами стабилизируется, в иных по различным причинам возрастает по отношению к предыдущему году. Последствия этого кратко приводятся в статье. В качестве противодействия предложен теоретический анализ ситуации и на этой основе ряд инновационных методов и средств профилактики, исключающих возможность реализации потенциальных опасностей в структурах АПК и ОКВЭД России в травмы и обстоятельства, способствующие производственно-обусловленным заболеваниям работников.
