Influence of pre seeding electronic irradiation to the spring wheat sedlings and deseases insedence indicators | Влияние предпосевного электронного облучения на показатели развития проростков яровой пшеницы и пораженность болезнями

English. The effect of pre-sowing low-energy electron seed irradiation on the development of 'Iren' spring wheat seedlings was studied in the laboratory conditions of a climate chamber. The seeds naturally affected by root rot (pathogens Drechslera teres and Fusarium spp) were used for the experiment. Irradiation in the range of 1-5 kGy was carried out on the electronic accelerator "Duet" at the Institute of High-Current Electronics under the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the radiation power is 100 Gy/pulse, at two electron energies: 100 keV (mode 1) and 120 keV (mode 2). The seeds were germinated in filter paper reels for 9 and 12 days after irradiation. Unirradiated seeds were designated as a control. The experiment repetition is threefold. During the post-irradiation period of 9 days, there was a significant, 1%, increase in the laboratory germination rate at doses of 2 and 4 kGy (mode 1) and 1 and 4 kGy (mode 2), root lengths - 1 and 5 kGy (mode 1) by 4.3 and 3.4% and 1-3 kGy (mode 2) by 4-5% and there is no significant effect on free proline content and catalase activity in 7 day seedlings. During the post-irradiation period of 12 days, irradiation a dose of 2 kGy stimulated the length of sprout at (mode 1) by 11.2%, and at doses of 5 kGy (mode 1) and 2-5 kGy (mode 2) it suppressed by 12.2 and 20.4-32%, respectively. At doses of 3 and 5 kGy (mode 2), the length of the roots of seedlings decreased by 7.6 and 6.1%. Irradiation increases the crude weight of seedlings at doses of 1-5 kGy (mode 1) by 6.7-11.7% and at doses of 1 and 2 kGy (mode 2) by 8.7-17.8%, and at doses of 3-5 kGy (mode 2), on the contrary, decreased by 21.6-32.3%. Accounting for the incidence of 7-day wheat seedlings with diseases when laying at different times after seed irradiation showed that during the post-irradiation period of 12 days, the development of diseases was lower than during the period of 9 days.

Russian. В лабораторных условиях климатической камеры изучено действие предпосевного низкоэнергетического электронного облучения семян на показатели развития проростков яровой пшеницы сорта Ирень. В эксперименте использовали семена, естественно пораженные корневой гнилью (возбудители - Drechslera teres и Fusarium spp). Облучали в диапазоне 1-5 кГр на электронном ускорителе "Дуэт" в Институте сильноточной электроники СО РАН, мощность излучения - 100 Гр/импульс, при двух энергиях электронов - 100 (режим 1) и 120 кэВ (режим 2). Семена проращивали в рулонах фильтровальной бумаги через 9 и 12 сут. после облучения. Контроль - необлученные семена, повторность трехкратная. При пострадиационном периоде 9 сут. отмечено достоверное увеличение на 1% лабораторной всхожести при дозах 2 и 4 кГр (режим 1) и 1 и 4 кГр (режим 2), длины корней - 1 и 5 кГр (режим 1) на 4,3 и 3,4% и при 1-3 кГр (режим 2) на 4-5%, а также отсутствие достоверного влияния на содержание свободного пролина и активность каталазы в семисуточных проростках. При пострадиационном периоде 12 сут. облучение в дозе 2 кГр (режим 1) стимулировало длину ростка на 11,2%, а при 5 (режим 1) и 2-5 кГр (режим 2) угнетало на 12,2 и 20,4-32,0% соответственно. При дозах 3 и 5 кГр (режим 2) длина корней проростков снизилась на 7,6 и 6,1%. Облучение увеличило сырую массу проростков при 1-5 кГр (режим 1) на 6,7-11,7%, 1 и 2 кГр (режим 2) - на 8,7-17,8%, а при дозах 3-5 кГр (режим 2), напротив, уменьшило на 21,6-32,3%. Учет пораженности семисуточных проростков пшеницы болезнями при закладке в разные сроки после облучения семян показал, что в пострадиационном периоде 12 сут. развитие болезней было ниже, чем при 9 сут.
