Effects of greenhouse conditions on pollen viability of remontant raspberry | Влияние условий закрытого грунта на жизнеспособность пыльцы малины ремонтантной

English. The results of the study of the genotype influence, as well as the cultivation conditions of ever-bearing raspberry on the pollen viability are presented. The studies were carried out in 2021-2023 at the collection plot of the Bioresource Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Irkutsk). The object of the study is raspberry varieties with an ever-bearing type of fruiting, grown in open ground and plastic-covered and polycarbonate-covered greenhouses. The quality of pollination directly correlates with the crop capacity. The relationship between the viability of pollen collected at different times and under different cultivation conditions (in open and protected ground) and crop capacity of ever-bearing raspberry plants was investigated. In open ground, high pollen viability was noted during the period of mass flowering (August 1) - 71.8 ± 7.86%, in a polycarbonate covered greenhouse from August 1 to September 1 - 74.5 ± 6.42 ... 75.9 ± 9.78%. Correlation analysis showed the influence of pollen viability on the fruit quality and plant yielding capacity per 1 m². The correlation coefficient in all variants tends to unity and can be assessed as strong. According to the determination coefficient, the relationship between pollen viability and fruit weight was 98%, fruit size - 68%, capacity - 92%. The results can contribute to developing optimal conditions for cultivating crops in protected ground and selecting a flexible variety.

Russian. Представлены результаты работы по изучению влияния генотипа, а также условий возделывания малины ремонтантной на жизнеспособность пыльцы. Исследования проводили в 2021-2023 гг. на коллекционном участке Биоресурсного центра СИФИБР СО РАН (г. Иркутск). Объект изучения - сорта малины с ремонтантным типом плодоношения, возделываемые в открытом грунте и теплицах с пленочным и поликарбонатным покрытием. Качество опыления прямо коррелирует с продуктивностью культуры. Исследовали взаимосвязь между жизнеспособностью пыльцы, отобранной в разные сроки и различных условиях возделывания (открытый и закрытый грунт) и продуктивностью растений малины ремонтантной. В открытом грунте высокая жизнеспособность пыльцы отмечена в период массового цветения (1 августа) - 71,8 ± 7,86%, в теплице с поликарбонатным покрытием с 1 августа по 1 сентября - 74,5 ± 6,42...75,9 ± 9,78%. Корреляционный анализ показал влияние жизнеспособности пыльцы на качество плодов и продуктивность растений с 1 м². Коэффициент корреляции во всех вариантах стремится к единице и может быть оценен как сильный. По коэффициенту детерминации связь между жизнеспособностью пыльцы и массой плодов составила 98%, размером плодов - 68%, продуктивностью - 92%. Результаты могут помочь в разработке оптимальных условий для возделывания культуры в закрытом грунте и подборе пластичного сорта.
