PL: Transformacja energetyczna a wpływ na krajobraz | EN: Energy transition and the impact on the landscape

abstractPL: Praca magisterska omawia zagadnienia wpływu inwestycji związanych z transformacją energetyczną na krajobraz Dolnego Śląska. Przedstawia rodzaje i skale takich inwestycji oraz bada ich wpływ na wybranych przykładach. Badania zostały oparte na analizie literatury przedmiotu, w tym definicji i kluczowych pojęć związanych z transformacją energetyczną, kontekstu międzynarodowego i krajowego, a także celów transformacji oraz regulacji prawnych związanych z oceną oddziaływania na środowisko (OOŚ). W dalszej części pracy przedstawiono wybrane inwestycje reprezentujące różne typy działań w ramach transformacji energetycznej oraz przeprowadzono ich analizę wizualną w kontekście krajobrazowym. Zastosowano metody oceny potencjalnej widoczności oraz obserwacji terenowej z dokumentacją fotograficzną. Na tej podstawie opracowano także zestaw możliwych działań minimalizujących negatywny wpływ analizowanych inwestycji na krajobraz lokalny.

abstractEN: The thesis focuses on examining the impact of energy transition investments on the landscape of Dolny Śląsk. It presents the types and scales of such investments and examines their impact through specific examples. The research was based on an analysis of the literature on the subject, including definitions and key concepts related to the energy transition, the international and national context, as well as the objectives of the transition and the legal regulations related to environmental impact assessment (EIA). The paper then presents selected investments representing different types of energy transition activities and conducts a visual analysis of them in a landscape context. Methods of potential visibility assessment and field observation with photographic documentation were used. On this basis, a set of possible measures to minimise the negative impact of the analysed investments on the local landscape was also developed.
