PL: Zagrożenia w krajobrazie kulturowym małych miast Dolnego Śląska na przykładzie wybranych jednostek | EN: Threats in the cultural landscape of small towns of Lower Silesia on the example of selected units

abstractPL: Niniejsza praca przedstawia zagrożenia w krajobrazach kulturowych małych miast Dolnego Śląska. Jest próbą ich klasyfikacji i porównania na przestrzeni lat oraz wobec charakterystycznych typów sieci osadniczej. Małe miasta Polski borykają się z licznymi problemami urbanistycznymi i społecznymi, które wpływają na niszczenie i obniżanie jakości krajobrazów. Prace prowadzono na trzech etapach, które odpowiadają trzem rozdziałom. Na pierwszym etapie prac zajmowano się częścią teoretyczną. Odpowiadający mu I rozdział opisuje cel, zakres, metodę pracy oraz pojęcia i definicje związane z tematem. Następnie zaprezentowano podstawowe ustawy i rozporządzenia dotyczące krajobrazu, obowiązujące w Polsce i Unii Europejskiej w oparciu o dostępne artykuły i publikacje. Kolejny podrozdział przedstawia różne metody badawcze dotyczące krajobrazu. Istotną częścią tego rozdziału są studia literatury, na podstawie których opracowano zagrożenia dla krajobrazu miast opisywane przez polskich i zagranicznych naukowców. Na koniec tego etapu w formie podsumowania przedstawiono zagrożenia w formie tabelarycznej. Na drugim etapie prac, co ujęte zostało w rozdziale II przedstawiono charakterystykę terenu opracowania oraz połączono wybrane ośrodki w charakterystyczne zbiory. Dokonano analiz poszczególnych grup miast w formie plansz graficznych. Dla każdego ze zbioru wybrano jedno miasto, które poddane zostało analizom tematycznym. Najczęściej badano: układ urbanistyczny miasta, stan techniczny i jakość architektury oraz zieleni miejskiej. Ocenie poddawane były wjazdy do miejscowości oraz panoramy widokowe na podstawie wykonanych zdjęć w terenie. Ponadto sporządzono porównania historyczne układu miasta, analizy widoczności istotnych dominant krajobrazowych, analizy tematyczne rynku i zabudowy wielkopłytowej. Podsumowanie tej części pracy przedstawiono w formie tabeli analogicznej do części pierwszej. Rozdział trzeci zawiera podsumowanie całości pracy w formie porównania obu części studialnej i analitycznej. Zaproponowano w nim również rozwiązania pozwalające na zahamowanie procesu degradacji krajobrazu oraz poprawy ich stanu obecnego. Na końcu pracy znajduje się bibliografia oraz spis ilustracji, fotografii i tabel użytych w pracy.

abstractEN: This work presents threats in the cultural landscape of small towns of Lower Silesia. It is an attempt to classify and compare over the years and to the characteristic types of settlement network. Small towns in Poland face numerous urban and social problems that affect the destruction and degradation of landscapes. The work was conducted in three stages, which correspond to three chapters. In the first stage of the work the theoretical part was dealt with. The corresponding chapter I describes the purpose, scope, method of work and definitions and definitions related to the topic. Next, basic laws and regulations concerning the landscape, which are binding in Poland and the European Union, were presented based on available articles and publications. The following subsection presents various research methods for the landscape. An important part of this chapter is the study of literature, on the basis of which threats to the urban landscape have been described by Polish and foreign scientists. At the end of this step, summary forms present threats in tabular form. In the second stage of the work, as described in Chapter II, the terrain characteristics of the study were presented and the selected sites merged into characteristic collections. The analysis of individual groups of cities in the form of graphical boards. For each of the sets one city was selected and subjected to thematic analysis. The most studied were: urban layout of the city, technical condition and quality of architecture and urban greenery. The entrance to the village and the panoramic views from the photographs taken in the field were assessed. In addition, historical comparisons of the city system, the analysis of the visibility of significant landscape dominants, the thematic analyzes of the market and the development of the multiclass. The summary of this part of the work is presented in the form of a table similar to the first part. Chapter three contains a summary of the total work in the form of a comparison of both the study and the analytical part. It also proposed solutions that would halt the process of degradation of the landscape and improve their present condition. At the end of the work is a bibliography and a list of illustrations, photographs and tables used at work.
