The stages of development of tillage machines with active working bodies from 1960 to 2025 (Mordovia State University named after N. P. Ogarev) | Этапы создания почвообрабатывающих машин с активными рабочими органами с 1960 по 2025 г. (МГУ им. Н. П. Огарёва)

English. The analysis of studies made by scientists from Mordovia State University named after N. P. Ogarev on improving the efficiency of tillage machines with active working bodies, conducted from 1960 to 2025, is carried out. All studies are divided into three stages: initial; research and regulatory; methodological and design. Each stage is characterized, the content of the research carried out at each of them is presented. It was revealed that, in general, the evolution of the created active working bodies and soil-cultivating cutters is subject to the S-shaped diagram of the development of technical systems and the laws of technology development. This made it possible to refine and concretize the scientific concept of creating self-propelled small-sized soil-cultivating cutters – the basis of its methodology and to express the prospects for their development.

Russian. Выполнен анализ исследований ученых Мордовского государственного университета им. Н. П. Огарева по повышению эффективности функционирования почвообрабатывающих машин с активными рабочими органами, проводимых с 1960 по 2025 г. Все исследования разделены на три этапа: начальный; поисково-регламентирующий; методолого-проектный. Дана характеристика каждого этапа, представлено содержание исследований, выполненных на каждом из них. Выявлено, что в целом эволюция создаваемых активных рабочих органов и почвообрабатывающих фрез подчиняется S-образной диаграмме развития технических систем и законам развития техники. Это позволило доработать и конкретизировать научную концепцию создания самоходных малогабаритных почвообрабатывающих фрез – основу его методологии и выявить перспективу их развития.
