Влияние на завишено съдържание на обезмаслено соево брашно за сметка на царевичното нишесте в състава на изкуствена храна върху растежа и продуктивността на копринената пеперуда Bombyx mori L. | Effect of increased content of defatted soybean meal at the expense of corn starch in the composition of artificial diet on the growth and productivity of the silkworm Bombyx mori L.

Bulgarian. Проучването е проведено в Научния център по бубарство – Враца към Селскостопанска академия през периода 2022-2025 г. с цел установяване влиянието на завишени количества обезмаслено соево брашно за сметка намаляване количеството на царевичното нишесте в изкуствена храна върху развитието и продуктивността на бубите. Установено е, че при варианта с увеличено от 360 g на 400 g обезмаслено соево брашно на 1 kg суха изкуствена храна не са установени съществени различия с контролата по отношение продължителността на ларвения период, жизнеността на бубите, теглото на пашкула, копринената обвивка и %-та свиленост. Вариантите с повишено съдържание съответно от 440 g и 480 g обезмаслено соево брашно на 1 kg суха изкуствена храна показват несъществени различия с контролата по отношение стойностите на признака жизненост на бубите до началото на четвърта възраст и значително по-ниски стойности на признаците жизненост на бубите от началото на четвърта възраст до обирането на пашкулите, тегло на пашкула и копринената обвивка, като разликите с контролата са особено високи при варианта с 480 g. Възможно е увеличаване от 360 g на 400 g съдържание на обезмаслено соево брашно на 1 kg суха изкуствена храна за сметка намаляване съдържанието на царевично нишесте без това да доведе до съществени различия с контролата. Не се препоръчва увеличаване съдържанието на обезмаслено соево брашно над 400 g на 1 kg суха изкуствена храна.

The study was conducted at the Scientific Center on Sericulture - Vratsa at the Agricultural Academy, during the period 2022-2025, with the aim of establishing the impact of increased amounts of defatted soybean meal at the expense of reducing the amount of corn starch in artificial diet on the development and productivity of the silkworms. It was found that in the variant with increased from 360 g to 400 g of defatted soybean meal per 1 kg of dry artificial food, no significant differences were found with the control in terms of the duration of the larval period, the vitality of the silkworms, the weight of the fresh cocoon and silk shell weight and the silk shell percentage. The variants with increased content of 440 g and 480 g of defatted soybean meal per 1 kg of dry artificial diet, respectively, show insignificant differences with the control in terms of the values of the trait larval survivability until the beginning of the fourth instar and significantly lower values of the traits vitality of the larvae from the beginning of the fourth instar to the cocoons harvesting, weight of the cocoon and silk shell, with the differences with the control being particularly high in the variant with 480 g. It is possible to increase from 360 g to 400 g the content of defatted soybean meal per 1 kg of dry artificial diet at the expense of reducing the content of corn starch without this leading to significant differences with the control. It is not recommended to increase the content of defatted soybean meal above 400 g per 1 kg of dry artificial diet.
