In the paper there are presented results of research MSM 6215648904 focusing on crisis management, which is based on the process of change management by the author formulated methodology of creation, implementation and changes of business strategies and requirements of its improving because of incidence of turbulent environment of management and other essential factors. There are formulated main factors, which call into crisis situations and methods of their analysis. Thereinafter are formulated strategies of solving of crisis situations. In detail is the company Bioveta, Inc. analysed.
